  1. Log out on this device
  2. Log out on other devices
  3. The dashboard logs you out after 12 hours without activity
  4. If you think someone else has used your account

When you log in, the browser remembers you for up to 30 days. Each device and browser has its own login.

Log out on this device

  1. Go to My profile, Settings.
  2. Choose Email in the menu.
  3. Choose Log out.

You're logged out in the browser you're using and sent to the homepage. Other devices are still logged in.

Log out on other devices

If you've used a computer you don't own, log out on it before you leave it. If you can no longer do that, there are two options:

  • If you're in a team on TrustSays Business: Go to Settings, Security in the dashboard. Under Active sessions you see all the devices you're logged in on. Choose Log out next to the device you want to log out. Your own device is shown as This device.
  • Consumers: There's no button to log other devices out yet. Contact us and we'll help. A login expires by itself after 30 days.

If you delete your account, you're logged out on all devices straight away.

The dashboard logs you out after 12 hours without activity

If you haven't been active on TrustSays for 12 hours, you need to log in again to use the dashboard. Owners also need to confirm with two-step verification again.

If you think someone else has used your account

Nobody can log in without a code from your email. Change the password for your email, and contact us, and we'll help you log out all devices.
