With a public profile you can share a link to all your reviews, e.g. with friends or on your blog. It's off by default.
How to turn it on
- Log in and go to My profile.
- Choose the Settings tab.
- Find Share your profile and turn on Public profile.
- Choose Copy link, or choose See your profile to see it as others do.
The choice is saved straight away.
What does the profile show?
- Your first name and your country.
- When you became a member, and how many reviews you've written.
- Your public reviews and the companies' replies.
Reviews that have been held back or deleted aren't shown. Your email and your surname are never shown.
How to turn it off
Turn off Public profile in the same place. It can take up to 5 minutes before the profile disappears for others.
Your reviews are still public on the companies' pages, even if the profile is turned off. The profile just collects them on one link.
If it doesn't work
- The switch flips back: the choice couldn't be saved. Check that you're still logged in, and try again.
- The profile is still shown: wait 5 minutes and reload the page.
