Many companies reply to solve a problem. If your experience has changed afterwards, you can update your review. It's entirely voluntary.

How to update

  1. Go to My profile.
  2. Find the review. The company's reply is shown below it.
  3. Choose Edit.
  4. Change the stars if you want, and add what happened after the reply.
  5. Choose Save changes.

The review gets the Edited label, and the company is notified that you've edited it. The reply stays.

Good advice

  • Keep the original experience, and write e.g. Update: at the bottom with what happened afterwards.
  • Write specifically what the company did.
  • If nothing has changed, you don't need to do anything.

The company asks you to look at the review again

A company can, via TrustSays, ask you to look at your review again, e.g. when it believes the matter has been resolved. You'll then get an email from us. You decide whether you want to update it.

Companies may not pressure you to change or delete your review, and they may not offer you money, gifts or discounts for it. If that happens, report it to us.

If it doesn't work
