On this page
When you've uploaded a customer list and chosen columns, you come to the Check and schedule step.
What the check shows
- valid emails: the unique addresses that can be invited.
- duplicates: addresses listed more than once. They only get one invitation.
- invited in the past 12 months: customers you've already invited. They're skipped.
- invalid emails: rows where the email doesn't look like an email address.
Remove duplicates and Skip recently invited customers are always on. They can't be turned off, because no customer may get more than one invitation from you in 12 months. Customers who have unsubscribed are also skipped.
Choose when they're sent
Under When should they be sent? you can choose:
- Send now: The invitations are sent straight away.
- Tomorrow at 10:00: All are sent tomorrow at 10:00 Danish time.
- Spread over 5 days: The list is split into batches. The first is sent tomorrow, the last in 5 days. This is good for large lists.
Then choose Send or Schedule. The button shows how many invitations will be sent.
If the quota isn't enough
If the list has more customers than you have left this month, you'll see a message about it. The first ones are sent, and the rest are skipped until you upgrade or until next month. Read Quotas per plan.
When the list has been sent
You see how many recipients there are, and whether anyone was skipped and why. Choose Upload a new list to start again. The invitations are shown under Latest invitations with the status Scheduled or Sent.
The list itself isn't stored. For the check, we only compare the addresses with your previous invitations.
