Your review is yours. A company can't delete, hide or change it itself, and it may never pressure you to do so.
What the company may do
- Reply publicly to your review.
- Try to solve your problem.
- Ask you to look at the review again via TrustSays with Ask the customer to update. You get an email, but you decide whether you want to change anything. The company can ask no more than once every 14 days per review.
- Ask for proof of purchase via TrustSays.
What the company may not do
- Demand that you delete or change the review.
- Offer money, discounts, gifts or refunds in return for you changing or deleting it.
- Threaten you, e.g. by stopping a complaint case or contacting you repeatedly.
- Pay TrustSays to remove criticism. That isn't possible.
How to report the pressure

- Go to Report misuse.
- Choose Pressure from a company.

The company isn't told who you are. If it breaks the rules, it may get a public warning on its profile.
