On this page
TrustSays can send you an email when your company gets a new review. Each person in the team chooses which emails they want.
How to choose
- Open Settings in the dashboard.
- Choose Notifications.
- Turn the emails you want on or off in the Email column.
- Choose Save changes.
What you can choose
- A new review comes in: an email for all new reviews, regardless of stars. It's off by default.
- A negative review comes in: an email for 1 or 2 stars. It's on by default.
- A customer replies to your reply: an email when a customer edits their review after you've replied. It's on by default.
- Weekly report: a summary every Monday at 8:00. You can turn it on and off, but it's still being built.
A report has been decided and SaysScore drops can't be chosen yet. The same applies to the App and Text columns. They're coming later.
The email about a new review
The email shows the stars, the title and the start of the text, and whether it's a verified purchase. The button leads to the dashboard, where you can reply. The email comes in your own language.
Without email
Even without emails you can see new reviews:
- The Unanswered tab in Reviews.
- The bell at the top of the dashboard, Notifications, has a dot when there are unanswered reviews.
- This week in the side menu shows new and unanswered reviews for the week.
If you don't get emails
- Check that the email is turned on under Notifications, and that you've chosen Save changes.
- Check your spam folder.
- You must have accepted the invitation to the team.
- Emails are sent to the address you log in with.
If that doesn't help, contact us and we'll help.
